Hemamm was very knowledgeable and understanding. He answered all of my questions promptly and took great care to ensure I understood the process of titration and that I was happy with his suggested dosage changes. I felt like I was very well taken care of and that Hemamm absolutely did everything he could to make me feel comfortable and happy with the whole process.

Hemamm was polite, professional and considerate. At all times he listened and considered all information throughout the titration e.g. considering that a particularly stressful time in my life may have affected my blood pressure for that period rather than the medication, and monitoring even more carefully for a short while until things returned to normal. Hemamm seemed to genuinely care about the patients under his titration and remembered little things I had mentioned. He was always timely in his contacts and responded swiftly to mine.

Hemamm was informative, responsive and above all patient, which I greatly appreciate. I was kept up to date with all the relevant information in a timely manner and I trusted them to help or raise flags where necessary. They also helped keep me on top of everything as we figured out the right choices for my treatment. Being consistent, despite my own difficulties, is where being patient with me was significant.
